If you have a strong work ethic and strive to excel in a fast-paced work environment, a Manager’s position with Kent may be the role for you.

Our Store Managers have a competitive edge and an ability to understand the big picture in order to develop successful sales strategies in all of our retail locations. In this position you will need to be able to mentor Assistant Managers, delegate responsibilities and respond quickly and effectively to the day-to-day challenges in this ever-changing business.

Successful applicants will be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and will have a strong retail background with Kent or in a related business.
